This week on Miami Vice: Trudy goes under as a prostitute to catch a serial killer who is carving his mark into his victims. Could it be the eclectic artist with a penchant for violence and knives (Cory Tagawa is back)? Continuity be damned this episode as Castillo can't decipher whether these markings as Japanese or Thai (despite previously living there, speaking Thai in previous episodes and being married to a Thai woman...?) so Vice enlists the help of a professor of Asian studies to help them catch the killer. Trudy gets closer and closer and ultimately way too close for comfort in the search for the killer.
